Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Mission Director, Krea University

Qualification : Post graduate or equivalent

Role & Responsibilities:

The Director - Fundraising will work closely with the Vice Chancellor, Mission Director and the Deansto design and implement a dynamic and multi-platform development program that will identify,cultivate, and steward prospects and donors for major gifts in support of the University’s priorities.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop an annual strategic plan defining the fund raising objectives, donor categories,product offering mapping, donor identification and outreach strategies and financial targets /costs associated with the same.
  • Identify and qualify potential donors with the goal of maintaining a healthy and activeprospect portfolio.
  • Create awareness for the University and patronage / partnership opportunities and buildrelationships with major donors.
  • Develop and organise fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Meet the defined fundraising objectives and annual targets and focus on continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
  • Invest in relationship building and communication on the University’s progress and keymilestones so as to increase the active donor pool, procure repeat donations and referrals.
  • Stewardship of active donor accounts and ensuring timely and comprehensive reporting onutilisation of donor contributions.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Perform checking-in, checking-out and circulation of library materials.
  2. Perform patron registration and transaction activities.
  3. Process new books, maintain circulation records and make reserves on requested books.
  4. Manage library data and reports utilizing library software systems.
  5. Maintain library materials including bibliographic and other library files.
  6. Train and supervise library clerks and assistants in their job duties.
  7. Assist staffs in collecting, cataloging, preparing, and organizing library materials according to established policies.
  8. Assist readers in finding books and help students and faculties in research problems and reference questions.
  9. Maintain the library in the absence of the Head Librarian.
