Chandrashekar Vithal Machana holds a PG in Library & Information Science and Biological Science from Annamalai University. He has around 35 years of experience, which includes his association with Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal as a Chief Librarian. Previously, he worked as a Scientific Assistant at the Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Department of Atomic Energy, Indore. As a professional librarian with diverse experience in the Government and private sectors, he has a proven record of managing a Learning Resource Centre/Library. He is also experienced in library access surveillance systems, successfully implemented at JIIT, Noida and at the Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi.
