Aditya has been involved in research work since his post-graduation days in the field of Development Economics. Before joining IFMR GSB, he worked at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, India as an Academic Associate, from 2018 to 2019.
During his post-graduation, he undertook a dissertation and worked in the area of Sustainable Development and Sustainable Livelihood. He has also worked on a research project in the field of Health Economics during his tenure at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, India.
His current area of research includes the economics of education, the impact of different policies on educational outcomes, and he is also working in the areas of Industrial Economics and Health Economics.
Professional Background:
Undertook the preparation of course materials in Economics (Indian Economy and Macroeconomics). Conducted examinations in the above-mentioned areas along with their evaluations. Simultaneously, he was involved in research work with Prof Ashok Thomas in the area of Health Economics
Data Analysis on the fiscal implications of the custom moratorium on electronic transmission: the case of Digitisable Goods. The work was to analyse the list of digitisable goods of the five developed nations based on the nomenclature of the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision III. The data was collected from the World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS)

Aditya has a special interest in event management, which he has been involved in since his school days. He enjoys listening to Hindi and Urdu poetries. He tries not to leave any opportunity to go on long road trips. Aditya is a morning person and enjoys the calmness of morning. He involves in playing volleyball whenever the time permits.
