The modern, well-lit dining and air-conditioned dining hall, has a seating capacity of nearly 400 students, making it an ideal community space.
Students are provided with three healthy meals a day, and an evening snack. The menu is designed with a mix of flavours and cuisines, to cater to a diverse palate. Tada Falls (35 km)
Tada Falls (or) Ubbalamudugu Falls is a waterfall located to the North of Sri City in the Chittoor district of India. The falls are located in a forest called the Siddulaiah Kona. This place is ideal for camping and trekking. The total trek distance would be about 10 kms to and from Sri City with nearly 4kms in real rocky conditions. The ideal time to visit Tada is between August-December when the sun is a little less intense.
Pulicat Lake (40 km)
Pulicat Lake (Tamil: PazhaverkaaduEri, Telugu: PulicatSarassu) is the second largest brackish – water lake or lagoon in India, after Chilka Lake. It straddles the border of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The lake encompasses the Pulicat Lake Bird Sanctuary. The Bird sanctuary is a mere 40 kilometres drive from Sricity.
Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary (50 km)
Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary (NBS) is one of the Wildlife Sanctuaries in Andhra Pradesh and it is located in the Nelapattu Village of Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. It is approximately 85 km (52.8 miles) away from Nellore. Tucked away in the heart of the state, this bird sanctuary is a haven for bird watchers wanting to observe migratory birds flying in from far off countries such as China, USA and Antarctica. The sanctuary is most famous for its large population of pelicans. Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary is open throughout the year. But the best time to visit the sanctuary is during the period of October to March.
