The Art of Corporate Relationship:
In the core of our activities comes the Corporates who are the lifeline of any business school. We identify, nurture, cultivate and collaborate with Corporates in the areas of Research, Education, Training, Management Development Programmes and Consultancy for mutual benefits. Representing the Institution externally, we develop and propose strategies for building relationship. Acting as the single point contact, we provide effective coordination of all corporate related activities/events including their campus visits and our visit to their facilities, including implementing MOUs with corporates for a holistic collaboration.
We also invite corporate leaders and industry champions to share their rich experiences and wisdom from the corporate world as speakers for various events and deliver Guest lectures
We build lasting and rewarding partnerships with corporates across spectrum and geographies!
Talent Grooming and Career Services:
In this VUCA world of today, there are challenges everywhere and B-School students are expected to become competitive, versatile, resourceful and resilient when they graduate, in addition to a sound knowledge in their areas of specialization. We help them achieve that through a thorough process. Each student is primed up by experts coaching and guiding them in Group Discussions, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Role Plays and Aptitude Training. Wherever gaps are identified in key areas such as communication additional handholding and coaching by professionals are provided.
The institution also encourages and supports students for participation in various corporate sponsored contests and Programmes to gain valuable industry exposure and experience.
A ten-week long Summer Internship between April and June, enabled by CRCS serves the twin objectives of students’ academic requirement and help Corporates evaluate the interns for offering PPOs. Final placement is the cusp and culmination of all the above, where we ensure the talent needs of our corporate partners are fulfilled and students’ career aspirations are realised!

All 187 students of the class of 2020 have received offers for Summer Internships well in time. A plethora of top corporates from across the country participated and provided opportunities for experiential learning and a real-world experience for students.
A total of 47 corporates from diverse sectors made Summer Internship offers this season including Reserve Bank of India, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, JP Morgan & Chase, Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Scotland, CRISIL, SBI Capital Market, Marico, and Decathlon among others.
The average stipend offered to students increased by 15% over the previous year, to Rs.30,100 for the internship tenure, besides other benefits.

It was a robust placement season this year for the MBA Class of 2019, which got concluded not only with 100% placement of the record batch size of 239 students, but also saw a plethora of reputed corporates from diverse industry segments offering many niche roles. The highest CTC offer of Rs.18.8 Lacs p.a. came from a highly reputed Navaratna PSU Corporate. In all, over 59 corporates made offers and the list includes Accenture, Barclays, Cognizant, Deloitte, Decathlon, EY, Honeywell, HSBC, Infosys, JPMC, RBS, Morgan Stanley, just to name a few. The average CTC of the batch stood at INR.8.70 Lakhs p.a. and the batch median CTC was INR.8.5 Lakhs p.a. The mean CTC for Top-25 percentile and Top 50 percentile of the batch were INR.11.70 Lakhs p.a and INR.10.55 Lakhs p.a respectively.
Students were offered various coveted roles in Analytics, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, E-commerce, and Technology Consulting. BFSI (61%) was the largest recruiting sector followed by IT/ITES (15%), Business Consulting (12%), E-Commerce and others.
While the financial roles were aplenty this year too, Sales and Marketing and Technology consulting roles have also been significantly higher this year and this will see greater momentum going forward.

Significant increase in offers for Strategy Consulting, Product Management, Digital Marketing and Analytics roles
Offers by 20 new recruiters including Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd, Morgan Stanley, Decathlon, Writer, Reuters, Atiyeti Consulting to name a few TCS, Deloitte US & India, Accenture and HCL made the maximum offers on campus.
Finance (68%) profiles topped the chart followed by Sales & Marketing (14%), Tech Consulting (12%) . Analytics and HR made up for the rest.
Highest Domestic CTC offered was INR 18.8 Lakhs p.a. by a large Navaratna PSU Corporate.
Average CTC offered to the Class of 2019 was INR 8.7 Lakhs
Industry segment-wise placements
A wide array of corporate representing diverse Industry sectors such as Banking, Insurance, IT,/ITES, E-commerce, Business and Technology consulting, NBFCs, Core sector and diversified groups participated in the placement process and made offers. This included a large PSU corporate in the power sector as well.
