Vishesh Unni is a Chartered Accountant from Chennai, India. He is a Partner at A Raghunathan & Co LLP, a CA firm. He has over a decade of post-qualification experience across forensic audits, valuations, transaction advisory, due diligence, etc. 

Some of his recent notable engagements include the Forensic Audit of a company with ~Rs 2000 crores turnover (appointed by Hon’ble NCLT), advising and valuing the horizontal merger of 13 group companies of Midas Group (a highly complex transaction with various chain holdings, loop holdings, etc). 

He is an advisory and mentor to various start-ups. He teaches valuations at various Registered Valuer Organisations (IOVRVF, ICMAIRVO, ICSIRVO, etc). He has also been a Visiting Faculty at MOP Vaishnav, Chennai for their programme on Fintech, and at Indo-German Training Center for their MBA programme. 

He started his career in audits and taxation and eventually began specialising in Mergers, De-mergers, and Corporate Restructuring. Apart from Corporate Finance, he is also interested in Behavioural Economics, especially Behavioural Finance.
