Kozhikode. In this role, he assisted faculty members in research and teaching, allowing him to further develop his skills and knowledge in his areas of interest. He gained valuable experience working with leading academics and researchers in his field. In addition to his academic experience, Christon had a professional experience as a Management Trainee and Document Controller at iCorporate Solutions, a management consultancy firm. This experience exposed him to the preparation of documents and conduct of internal audits, regarding quality standards for various organisations.
