Exp:  Minimum 15-20 years of experience with premier institutions/organizations

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent from a top-tier institution

Reporting to: Vice Chancellor

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per Institution standard

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

A.Student engagement and learning

  1. Work towards integrating in-class and out-of-class learning and realizing the
  2. potential of Interwoven Learning.
  3. Facilitate functioning of student clubs and societies.
  4. Curate intramural sports and cultural events (within Krea).
  5. Partner with other universities for intercollegiate sports and cultural events.
  6. Plan and execute thematic workshops, speaker series and town-halls

B.Student governance

  1. Build a community grounded in values of diversity, inclusivity, and camaraderie.
  2. Oversee development of community norms, policies, and procedures related
  3. to student life keeping in mind the differences in approach required for
  4. undergraduate and MBA students.
  5. Moderate student forums to understand student concerns and ideas.
  6. Work closely with the student government to address day-to-day challenges.

C.Student well-being

  1. Oversee the support system for the mental health of students on campus.
  2. Work with existing partners such as Yourdost, Element H and SCARF or build new
  3. partnerships for online and in-person psychological and psychiatric support.
  4. Plan regular activities around Yoga, mindfulness, and other contemplative
  5. practices to build a culture of wellness.
  6. Reduce stigma and increases awareness around mental health issues to
  7. encourage students to reach out for support.

D.Residential Life

  1. Curate residential activities and events to build a vibrant residential experience.
  2. Constantly innovate to make the campus a laboratory for learning and life-skills.
  3. Work along with the campus administration to keep residential halls substance free.
