Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of Academic calendar and Orientation programme
  • Preparation and finalization of term-wise class
  • Coordination with faculty for course outlines, text books, reading materials and other course
  • Provide guidance and ensuring timely classroom
  • Attending to student queries
  • Follow up with faculty for receiving grades on time and announcement on the
  • Preparation of department budget and reconciliation with
  • Keep the website updated on regular
  • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of
  • Preparation of process Work in close coordination with other team members
