Responsibilities and Duties:

Main purpose of the job

As the Communications Director you will set and guide the strategy for all forms of communications, including digital communications and public affairs strategies.

You will be responsible for planning and managing all communications messaging and activities, both external and internal.

You will partner with senior colleagues within the organization on a variety of strategic initiatives and collaterals to support Krea University’s mission.

Your major responsibilities will include the following but not be limited to:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and lead a global, integrated communications strategy that presents a consistent, compelling, and accurate account of programs of the university torelevant audiences in India and around the world.
  • Create new opportunities to tell Krea University’s story in India and with key influencers across the world.
  • Deliver effective messaging and communication strategies across multiple media, including press releases and digital campaigns, print materials, social media, audio, and video and so on.
  • Creation and oversight of all promotional and informative materials for external and internal audiences.
  • Supervise the team and build team capacity to execute the strategy in a consistent, unified,effective manner
  • Maintain effective administrative systems to ensure that accurate and attractive content is captured, developed, and presented consistently and efficiently using channels that will have maximum impact for each unit of time and money invested.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that all messages harmonize with and advance Krea University’s overall communications strategy about its distinctive qualities, and to.
  • Manage and support all internal communications that reflect the university’s excellence and values.
  • Ensure all collateral have consistent and positive messaging and branding.
  • Respond to crises or challenging situations quickly and professionally.
