Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure complete ownership of Accounts for a Research Centre in line with Business agreed SLA’s, statutory compliance
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees adhering to the SOPs, DOA and policies, conduct periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly) reconcile vendor balances, confirm balances and maintain updated SOPs.
- Manage and run payroll process
- Manage inter-unit entries, payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure efficient and compliant receivables processes
- Monthly review of project financials with the business
- Ensure that contracts are reviewed from a compliance perspective as well as implications on accounting and reporting
- Ensure Statutory compliance for FCRA, TDS, GST, payroll taxes. Compliance includes operational adherence as well as interpretative implications from contracts
- Cash management
- Prepare accurate MIS and Financial Reports on a monthly basis
- Liaise with internal and statutory auditors
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, along with Business
- Constantly innovate for process improvements, team training, compliance knowledge
Experience Details :
2 to 3 years year Experience in Accounts and Finance in a company that is at least 25 cr in size experience in Banking or BPO process organizations not preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
- Expertise in finance/accounting, compliance
- Managing 1 to 2 persons
- Ability and requirement to work hands on
- Working knowledge of SAP B1, ZOHO, SARAL payroll will be preferred
Qualification Required
Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
