Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  1. Admissions and Programme Delivery of PhD programme
    • To prepare the content of Brochure and Advertisement for PhD admissions and coordinate with communication team in the updation of website and for outreach activities after necessary
    • To manage the entire admissions
    • Manage academic administration of programme delivery by providing support and ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing requirements of the University:
      • Classes of PhD programme are performed in a smooth manner without any glitches as per the courses listed per term including preparation of class schedule, coordinating with Faculty and students, arrangement of classroom
      • Liaisoning with students, faculty, OAA team and other departments to meet the requirements of various
      • Coordinating with students to register them for required courses in MBA and PhD level courses as per the guidelines in the student manual.
    • All activities related to recognition of faculty as Supervisors .
    • Maintain PhD student’s database and keep track of their academic work as per defined timelines and necessary follow up with all concerned.
    • Updating the Chairperson-PhD on a regular basis on all activities and follow the approval

    • Budget preparation and monthly reconciliation of
    • Faculty Teaching hours of PhD
    • Monthly attendance cum Stipend report of the PhD
    • Processing of payments related to the PhD
    • Creation of courses and execution of course related activities in the Learning Management System
    • Keep the Website updated with latest information
    • Compilation and verification of faculty and PHD students research publications.
  • General Support:
    • Provide assistance to the Office of Academic Administration in activities such as admission interviews, registration, Convocation and to other degree
