Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Career Services department at University level

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree from a B School/Premier Institution

Salary: As per Institution Standard

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure effective Career Assessment, Career education programs, Workshops, Seminars and other programs that prepare students for employment.
  • Counsel students regarding the job-search process, interview process, resume writing, letter writing and all other facets of career
  • Develop strong and ongoing relationship with corporates, government, academic and other various industry clients base through events and
  • Promote Career Services through outreach and marketing Achieve placement and internship targets.
  • Expand the scope of services continuously as per the needs of the University to provide best and diverse employment opportunities for
  • Oversee and improvise job listing process, on campus recruitment process, interview process and other operations of the
  • Monitor, Evaluate, Analyze and Improve the services offered in line with the University
  • Support to increase the number of high value hires, raise the minimum threshold every
  • May be required to undertake travel to other cities to meet prospective industry
  • Ensure documentation maintenance of agreements and related documents. Information regarding Career Services and
  • Maintain ongoing relationship with partner Universities, Corporates and
