Krea University is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr (Mrs) Pankaj Mittal as the
Ombudsperson for redressal of grievances of students under the University Grants
Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
The role of the Ombudsperson is to promote fairness, transparency and accountability in all
aspects of the University life. The Ombudsperson provides confidential and impartial
guidance to students who seek assistance in resolving complaints or grievances in relation to
their association with the University. The Ombudsperson ensures that all parties are treated
fairly, with respect for their rights and due process.
Dr Pankaj Mittal brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this crucial role, and will ensure that the rights and concerns of students, faculty and staff are safeguarded.
The Ombudsperson shall hear appeals from an aggrieved student only after they have availed all other remedies provided for students under the existing University processes and regulations.
