Priyanka Sharma Khanduja
Being always fascinated by “what” and “why”, Psychology became a natural extension of an inquisitive nature. In the journey towards understanding behaviour, she was awarded her Ph.D. in Psychology and pursues her research interests in the area of Organisational Behaviour, Gender Studies, Cognitive Psychology and Higher Education. She has nine years of extensive academic and clinical experience. During her tenure as an assistant professor, she has prolifically contributed to enhancement of student experience at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. She has worked with student teams to encourage holistic learning and development through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. She believes that the key to success is the identification of a student’s strengths and competencies for better alignment of educational and personal goals. During her tenure as a psychologist, she worked extensively with students, addicts and people with learning disabilities. Her work included both diagnosis and therapy. She loves to teach and finds small ways to give back to the society.
