Srihari Bhojarajan

Lt Col (retd) Srihari is a senior HR professional with over 15 years of rich corporate experience across various sectors as well as two decades of service in the Indian Army, where he has served in multiple leadership and Staff roles.

Certified in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore, and a Masters in Strategy and Leadership from the Defence Services Staff College Wellington, he comes with deep exposure to HR strategy & operations; and has successfully completed assignments with high performing teams, across diverse industry sectors for MNCs, Social enterprises, Government projects, and academia in India and Africa.

He has built innovative people practices through seamless integration of people strategy and operations excellence across domains ad functions, by co-creating a collaborative work eco system with intercultural teams in a variety of complex business and work settings, as AVP HR Wipro Ltd, Director HR Techno Brain Ltd (Africa), Group Head HR MJ Group (Africa), Senior Consultant HR Rythu Sadhikara Samstha (A.P Govt), Senior HR Consultant Ashoka University, AGM Ramco Cements Ltd, and Head HR Yash Pakka Ltd.
