Vivek Khemka

Vivek Khemka leads executive search and provides expert leadership advisory services across multiple sectors at Egon Zehnder. Based in Bangalore, he leads the firm’s CEO practice and also leads the firm’s Consumer and Consumer Tech practices.

 Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Vivek was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. In addition to his work on strategy and operations topics, he led the inception of the McKinsey Leadership Institute. A certified coach, Vivek not only led innovative work on leadership development but also delivered several initiatives himself for clients across the region. Previously, Vivek worked at GEMS Education, where he helped establish four schools, and at the Tata Administrative Service, where he worked across sectors. 

Vivek has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow; and a degree in policy from Harvard University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
