Job Title: Campus Communications Associate
Reports to: Associate Director
Location: Full-time position based out of Krea University Campus in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh

Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary on-campus liaison for the Communications team, coordinating with students, faculty, and administration.
- Develop and execute content strategies for student activities, student events, faculty initiatives, and institutional programmes.
- Cover and promote campus events, guest lectures, student festivals, and faculty-led initiatives across multiple communication channels.
- Manage student communications, working closely with student clubs, committees, and the student PR team to highlight achievements and initiatives.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters, announcements, multimedia assets, and digital materials, to showcase campus life.
- Assist in promoting faculty and student achievements, projects, and events within and beyond Krea.
- Support student groups in developing effective communication materials and event coverage.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling digital assets and event coverage materials
- Ensure timely updates to the Krea website with key student, faculty, and institutional developments.
- Identify and develop stories that enhance Krea’s visibility and engagement.
- Maintain consistency and clarity in campus communications by working closely with faculty, students, and administrative teams.
- Handle ad hoc requests and adapt to flexible working hours based on event and project needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in communications through internships, student-led initiatives, or freelance projects.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Experience in managing student communications, event coverage, and digital content.Proficiency in social media engagement, content creation, and digital platforms, including the ability to create basic visual content (photos/videos) using available tools. Candidates should be comfortable with digital content production while adhering to institutional guidelines on personal device usage.
- Basic knowledge of design, video editing, or website content management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with different teams.
- A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and content development.
