Overview

Adige Hrishikesh Rao is a student with strong interests in sports and politics. He has over a decade of cricket experience, representing his academy, school, and city, and later took on the role of Cricket Representative at Krea University. In this role, he secured sponsorships and rebuilt the university’s cricket league into an IPL-style franchise format, which became Krea’s most-participated league.

His experience spans sports, auditing, marketing, and research. At CoolCoach Academy, he designed courses for young athletes from underserved communities, while internships in auditing and at Entomo gave him exposure to detail-oriented work, competitor research, and marketing and sales communication. During the 2026 Tamil Nadu elections, he worked with the Disability Rights Alliance to study party manifestos and contribute to efforts to make voting more accessible for persons with disabilities.

He is interested in opportunities across sports management, marketing, market research, writing, and election strategy, where he can apply his research and communication skills.

Internships

Year 1

  • Completed an 8-week audit internship at T. Ramachandran & Co., gaining hands-on experience in audit, compliance, client-site verification, and stock audits
  • Conducted voucher and procurement checks for GeM and non-GeM transactions at client institutions, including TIFR and NCBS
  • Managed audit documentation, including appointment and engagement letters for 50+ clients and consolidation of records spanning 1999–2025

Year 2

  • At Entomo, worked across market research, sales enablement, and product strategy, creating competitor analyses, five sales battlecards, pitch decks, and buyer-persona call scripts
  • With the Disability Rights Alliance of Tamil Nadu, used OCR to convert election manifestos into screen-reader-accessible PDFs and circulated accessibility recommendations to 128 Election Commission observers
  • Produced a documentary on home-care providers supporting individuals with high support needs, highlighting care gaps during the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections

Projects and Work

  • Over a decade of cricket experience, representing his city, academy, school, and Krea University
  • Served as Krea’s Cricket Representative, selecting 15-member squads in consecutive years and introducing the university’s first dedicated cricket coach and fitness-based selection standards
  • Secured around ₹50,000 in funding for cricket, including ₹10,000 for Krea’s first sponsored cricket league
  • Rebuilt the Krea Cricket League using an IPL-style franchise and auction model, making it Krea’s highest-participated league
  • Interned at CoolCoach Academy, developing LMS courses and question banks for young sportspersons from underserved communities across four cities
  • Managed Moodle LMS and applied Bloom’s Taxonomy and learning-design principles to structure course content
