Overview

Ishaan Agarwal is a third-year BSc (Hons) Economics and Data Science student at Krea University. Alongside his degree, he co-founded BEING., a creative branding and marketing agency, in August 2024. The agency has since worked with 30+ clients across 12+ industries, with Ishaan leading strategy, operations, and client servicing end to end.

His internship experience spans marketing, operations, and finance. He worked with Macaw Paints, a division of Shyam Steel, on offline marketing campaigns and distribution strategy; with Trio Group Pvt. Ltd. on production planning and quality control for leather goods manufacturing; and with Royal InfraConstru Ltd. on procurement and vendor operations. He has also interned in management and finance with Park Blue Print.

Ishaan is interested in roles across project management, business development, strategy, and marketing, and is open to opportunities beyond these areas. He is particularly inclined towards the startup space while remaining open to other work environments.

  • Assisted in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Analyzed market and sales data, gaining exposure to primary and secondary sales and distribution channels.
  • Visited dealer, distributor, and project sites to understand consumer demand and market dynamics.
  • Coordinated with vendors and internal teams, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end operations of the paints business.

  • Assisted production planning by preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and tracking raw material usage.

  • Supported the Tender and Supply Chain teams through vendor evaluation, procurement analysis, and operational coordination.
  • Leveraged advanced Microsoft Excel tools, including lookup functions, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and data validation, to analyse operational data and prepare reports for management.
