Jonathan Jaykumar

Jonathan is interested in consumer decision-making, UI/UX design nudges, aural suggestion and value judgements. His internships at two psychiatric clinics sparked his curiosity about how people act and react to the world around them. This was followed by an internship at edtech startup Centa, where he explored how changes in syntax and ease of access could influence user behaviour. His experiments at Centa often revealed emergent behaviours, further deepening his interest in behavioural research and design.

He is interested in roles involving consumer studies and design, particularly where he can contribute to positive outcomes through research and user-centred approaches. Jonathan is also keen to explore opportunities in sustainable energy, especially nuclear energy, with a focus on policy and research.
