Overview

Khushi Sood is a fourth-year Psychology undergraduate at Krea University with a strong interest in counselling psychology, mental health, and psychological wellbeing. Her internships at Anvaya Healthcare and Antara Wellbeing have provided her with practical exposure to clinical and counselling settings, including counselling skills, case conceptualisation, Mental Status Examination (MSE), CBT-informed techniques, therapeutic communication, and ethical practice. She has further developed her interpersonal and counselling skills through a mentorship programme with The HASSI Foundation and her current role as a Peer Support Volunteer at Krea University.

Alongside this, Khushi is conducting her undergraduate capstone research on counselling and help-seeking among adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, strengthening her research, critical appraisal, and qualitative analysis skills. She is seeking entry-level opportunities in counselling, mental health, psychological wellbeing, and related people-facing roles where she can apply her academic and practical training, work directly with individuals, and continue developing as a mental health professional.
