Ruidha Shaikh

Ruidha Shaikh is a fourth-year Economics major with a minor in Business Studies and a concentration in Data Science at Krea University. She has gained experience through internships in monitoring & evaluation, education, recruitment, and data analytics, where she has worked on evaluating student outcomes, creating data visualisations and dashboards, and supporting research and programme implementation. Her experience includes working with tools such as R, Stata, Power BI, and Excel.

Ruidha is particularly interested in roles across business analytics, consulting, finance, research, strategy, and data-driven decision-making. She enjoys working with data to identify patterns, understand real-world problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. She is keen to explore opportunities where she can apply her interdisciplinary background in economics, business, and data analytics while continuing to build her analytical and problem-solving skills.
