Rutuja Chavan is a fourth-year Psychology major at Krea University with experience in research, teaching, curriculum development, and academic coordination. Her experience includes working as a Research Assistant for a Youth Participatory Action Research project, teacher assisting for university-level courses, and supporting learning programmes for school students.
Rutuja is interested in roles related to research, education, learning and development, and programme design and evaluation, where she can apply her research and analytical skills while working closely with learners and educational programmes.

Participated in dance and theatre in school, using the arts as avenues for creative expression. At Krea, continued this through the Mudra Club, where she both learned and taught dance, and Rangasthala, the theatre club.
Served on the Student Council in school and as a member of the Election Commission at Krea.
Explored a range of activities in school, including macramé, mehendi, cooking and event management.
Volunteered in a student-led initiative to clean the Mula-Mutha River in Pune.
Participated in cultural events such as Ganesh Chaturthi at Krea.
Volunteered with the Aikatha Club to develop curriculum for Boystown.
