Overview

Sarim Shaikh is a final-year Data Science and Politics student at Krea University, with internship experience spanning water and agricultural data analysis at WELL Labs, social impact evaluation at Social Lens Consulting, political and policy research at Idovin Strategies and Tilldate, and grassroots fieldwork with farmers and MGNREGA workers ahead of the 2024 Maharashtra election.

He is interested in turning messy, real-world data into insights that can inform decisions, and his capstone research focuses on administrative exclusion in India’s voter roll revision process.

Sarim is looking at roles in development consulting and evidence-based policy, where he can combine data analysis with field-level context to work on governance, gender inclusion, and rural livelihoods issues.
