Ramanathan is an Associate Director of Finance & Admin (ADF) at Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR. He has around two decades of experience in strategic financial management and forecasting along with other areas such as compliance and audit. In his previous role, he worked with Evidence Action where he led the financial planning & analysis function of the organisation. Along with this, he was also heavily engaged in the development of financial proposals for funders. He has led the development of global system for managing grants and established internal controls for robust financial management. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from All India Management Association and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi.

रामनाथन आईएफएमआर के इंक्लूजन इकोनॉमिक्स इंडिया सेंटर में वित्त एवं प्रशासन (एडीएफ) के एसोसिएट निदेशक हैं। उन्हें रणनीतिक वित्तीय प्रबंधन और पूर्वानुमान के साथ-साथ अनुपालन एवं लेखा परीक्षा जैसे अन्य क्षेत्रों में लगभग दो दशकों का अनुभव है। अपनी पिछली भूमिका में, उन्होंने एविडेंस एक्शन के साथ काम किया, जहाँ उन्होंने संगठन के वित्तीय नियोजन एवं विश्लेषण कार्य का नेतृत्व किया। इसके साथ ही, वे वित्तपोषकों के लिए वित्तीय प्रस्तावों के विकास में भी सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रहे। उन्होंने अनुदान प्रबंधन हेतु वैश्विक प्रणाली के विकास का नेतृत्व किया है और सुदृढ़ वित्तीय प्रबंधन के लिए आंतरिक नियंत्रण स्थापित किए हैं। उन्होंने अखिल भारतीय प्रबंधन संघ से व्यवसाय प्रशासन में स्नातकोत्तर और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से वाणिज्य स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की है।
