Cécile Delcuvellerie is an Affiliate researcher at Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR. Cécile is a Senior Research Manager at Yale Inclusion Economics, leading the gender portfolio on women’s empowerment, financial, and digital inclusion. Previously, she worked with the United Nations on large-scale programs to end violence against women mostly in Africa, the World Bank’s Gender Innovation Lab, and as a research fellow at Duke University and Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on gender equality, social norms, and financial inclusion in Peru, Pakistan, and India. Cécile holds Master’s degrees in Quantitative Economics (Paris School of Economics) and Business Management (HEC Paris), bringing over seven years of expertise in inclusive development and gender research.
