Iginia Marbaniang is a Project Assistant at Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR in Shillong. She has previously worked as a Field Manager with IEIC. Iginia is passionate about contributing to research and community development initiatives that promote inclusion and positive social change. She holds post graduate degree in computer sciences from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology.

इगिनिया मारबानियांग शिलांग स्थित IFMR के इंक्लूजन इकोनॉमिक्स इंडिया सेंटर में प्रोजेक्ट असिस्टेंट हैं। इससे पहले वे IEIC में फील्ड मैनेजर के रूप में काम कर चुकी हैं। इगिनिया समावेशी शिक्षा और सकारात्मक सामाजिक परिवर्तन को बढ़ावा देने वाली अनुसंधान और सामुदायिक विकास पहलों में योगदान देने के लिए उत्सुक हैं। उन्होंने नॉर्थ ईस्टर्न रीजनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी से कंप्यूटर विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री प्राप्त की है।
