Leigh Anne Miller is an Affiliate Researcher at Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR. Leigh is a AI/ML engineer specializing in multi-agent systems and 0-to-1 builds, with expertise in decision support tools for financial services (PE, banking) and governments, including the national security and economic development verticals. Leigh Anne has worked businesses and governments ranging from those in frontier/post-conflict markets (Haiti, Afghanistan) to Fortune 50 companies (Apple, Google, HP). Prior to this, Leigh Anne built and ran a school in an urban community in Hyderabad, India, which is still going strong (2026). She holds degrees from Tufts University, Stanford University, and the California Institute of Technology (CalTech).
