An MBA graduate, Pratibha Jain is sociable, enthusiastic, and open to learning. She has nearly four years of grassroots and academic work experience across various sectors, including NGOs, think tanks, and education. Pratibha is particularly curious about understanding organisaional and human resource dynamics in both the profit and nonprofit sectors.
Experience
- Academic/Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad (18 months).Pratibha worked in the HR department and conducted a research project on moral emotions and workplace misconduct.

- The Front of Pack Labelling (FoPL) research project,

- UN Women Project in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer area (6 months)
- Provided basic education to women (re-enrolling them in NIOS)
- Focused on building the capacity of Cadres (local women) under the gender theme
- Engaged in monitoring and evaluation
- Aided women in connecting with government schemes, and liaised with other organisations as a project lead

Achievements during 2024-26:
- Pratibha got selected to attend Organization studies | Organization Theory Paper Development Workshop 2024 organized by the PRME Team SPJIMR.
- Pratibha was selected for the Global Early-Career Accelerator for Representation (GEAR) programme workshop on Business and Society in April 2026. The workshop is conducted by the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society (CBOS) at the University of Bath, UK.
- Pratibha has been selected for the AOM Early Career Researchers’ Publishing Boot Camp, which will be held 25–29 October 2026 at SRM University AP in Mangalagiri Mandal, India.
Personal Interests
Pratibha enjoys exploring new locations and has a keen interest in playing games such as badminton, cricket, and table tennis, as well as participating in various social activities. She occasionally enjoys cooking new dishes and engaging in paper crafting. She is always ready for new and challenging work, which brings her constant joy.
