Educational Qualification:  CA/CMA-Inter

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  1. Statutory Compliance

– Payroll related – EPF, ESI & PT, GST related – monthly returns & reconciliation.

– Income tax related – TDS provisions, Quarterly returns filing for TDS, Income Tax returns.

  1. Financial Statements
  2. Audit

– Support by providing information to the Internal and Statutory auditors.

  1. Accounts Payable

– Accounting for the invoices and making timely payments as per the payment terms.

– Consolidating the inputs for PF, ESI, PT from different divisions and then make payment on time.

– GST consolidation and filing returns before due date.

– TDS deducted to be consolidated and payment to be made on time. Also ensure filing of quarterly returns under Income Tax Act.

– Support in preparation of schedules and consolidation of the financial statements.

– Should be able to understand and provide the requested information by Internal and statutory auditors.

– Check the invoices for approvals, account and make payment.
