Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable:
- Checking the process for the invoice
- accounting and payment
- Ensuring TDS & GST as per the relevant
- sections as applicable are deducted while
- accounting for the invoices.
- Surveyor claim management
- Employee reimbursements – verify if the same
- is as per the defined process.
- Bank Related:
- Preparing BRS on a timely basis
- Accounting for the receipts from donors.
- Compliances
- Preparing the information and sharing with the
- Corporate team for the filing of GST returns.
- Ensuring TDS payments are made before the
- due date and also sharing the information for
- the quarterly returns filing with the Corporate
- Notify the Corporate team for the EPF
- additions and sharing the relevant information
- for payment of EPF on time.
- Interaction with the Business Finance and Administration Team:
- Periodically share the required information with
- the Business finance team and also highlight
- them for any areas that needs their attention.
- Prepare the MIS rand other financial reports
- and share them with the Business Finance
- team on time.
- Handle Audits:
- Share the information requested by the internal
- auditors from time to time
- Assist the statutory auditors by sharing the
- required information.
Skills Required:
- MIS
- working experience in GST and TDS returns
- working experience in excel
