Reporting to:  Sr. Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support end to end recruitment for various departments within the institution.
  • Support in coordination and scheduling of interviews.
  • Sourcing and managing candidate database as per job requirements.
  • Timely updating of Recruitment and database tracker.
  • Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT and other teams to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all record management pertaining to Employees Personnel Files, communication and other letters during the employee.
  • Good Communication and understanding for various job roles.
  • Support in Faculty recruitment scheduling process and also database handling.
  • Support in maintenance of all employee databases.
  • Assisting with the Onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Handle any other HR roles as and when required.

Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
