Spread across a fully residential 40-acre campus, Krea is home to over thousands of students and hundreds of faculty members. The campus has been thoughtfully designed to be a space for learning, leisure, social interactions, self-discovery, personal development and more. All facilities and key amenities have been strategically aimed at enhancing the overall living experience.
Both academic buildings have a combined built-up area of 183,800 sq ft featuring tech enabled classrooms, seminar halls, tutorial halls, media lab, science labs, dance studio, student lounges, mini auditorium, counselling rooms and breakout spaces.
9 spacious residential towers with plenty of spaces to hang out and unwind, are designed to prioritise accessibility and inclusivity for students. These towers feature air-conditioned bedrooms, recreational lounges, a TV room, laundromats, and more.

Dedicated labs for Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer science, and Data Science; and a virtual trading floor provide hands-on learning experiences. The Media Lab introduces students to soundscaping, recording, mixing and visualising through virtual and augmented reality.
Spread across 5,100 sq ft, The HT Parekh Library houses a vast collection of books and offers collaborative and informal reading areas. It is recognised as a repository for World Bank publications and houses 28,500+ books and 60,000+ e-journals.
Physical activity is an integral part of life at Krea, and it reflects on the campus design too. Students have access to courts and fields for badminton, basketball, volleyball, cricket, football, futsal and more, alongside state-of-the-art gymnasiums.
The university is home to a distinguished list of acclaimed Professors of Practice, writers, poets, artists, and scholars in residence. Facilities such as music rooms, indoor spaces, a dance studio, an open-air theatre, and graffiti walls support diverse forms of creative expression.

There is a dedicated health centre in collaboration with Kauvery Hospital, staffed by two doctors and nine nurses working around the clock. An ambulance is available 24×7. Krea also has a full service salon, and a well-stocked convenience store.

The dining hall provides all daily meals, serving a diverse range of multi-regional and multi-cultural cuisine. The campus also houses various independent multi-cuisine dining outlets. A qualified nutritionist ensures that menus meet recommended nutritional standards. Krea was also recently awarded an ‘Excellent’ Hygiene Rating by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), with the highest possible hygiene score of 5/5 under the assessment framework. Krea also achieved the Exemplary rating under the FSSAI Eat Right Campus initiative.
The eco-friendly campus features solar panels for electricity generation and rainwater harvesting systems. The campus also includes a butterfly garden, landscaped areas with fruitbearing trees and medicinal plants, and vermicomposting facilities.

There is a robust security system on campus, staffed by experienced personnel available 24×7. All common and peripheral areas are under CCTV surveillance, monitored from a central control room. Entry and exit are regulated through biometric identification.
