Dr Anil Kumar C P, Associate Professor, Mathematics, SIAS was part of the team of mathematicians involved in training and mentoring the students online to prepare them for the prestigious International Mathematics Competition (IMC) 2026.
The exam was held during the week 28 July to 3 August 2026 and India participated in the event for the second time by sending four students. Three students are from IIT Mumbai and one student from ISI Kolkata. The students bagged three gold and one silver, and one of the gold medallists also bagged the grand first prize.
