Dr Chirag Dhara, Associate Professor, Environmental Studies, SIAS was an invited speaker at the pre-COP 31 conference at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), from 24-25 August 2026. The talk was titled ‘A new justice-centric framework of climate finance’ wherein Dr Dhara spoke on his ongoing research.
