Pratibha Jain, IFMR GSB PhD Scholar, was selected as one of 20 participants for the AOM Early Career Researchers’ Publishing Boot Camp, held from 25–29 October 2026 at Novotel Hotel, Vijayawada. The five-day intensive academic development programme brought together early-career researchers to strengthen their research manuscripts through expert mentorship, peer feedback, and focused writing sessions.
Alongside the Boot Camp, Pratibha also participated in the One-Day National Symposium on ‘Advancing Management Knowledge in the AI Era: Research Frontiers and Future Directions’ on 24 October 2026.
