A webinar on ‘Customer Profitability Measurement & Management – A Strategic Imperative for MSMEs’ was presented by Professor Jayaram Ramakrishnan, Professor of Practice, IFMR GSB, to the members of ICAI on behalf of the MSME & Start up Promotion Board (MSPB) of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India on the 16 October 2026. It was was attended by over 200 plus professionals of ICAI and was presided by the President of & VIce Presidents of ICMAI & Chairman MSME Board and Start up Promotion Board of ICAI.
