The Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojana (SJY) was designed and delivered by the Government of Bihar and JEEVIKA, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar through its community networks. Government of Bihar, JEEVIKA, and J-PAL South Asia presented findings from the randomised evaluation of the SJY, last Friday. Principal investigators Professor Jyoti Prasad Mukhopadhyay, Professor, Economics, IFMR GSB, M R Sharan, and Shagun Sabarwal shared that the impacts held up in a follow-up survey a year later.
