From the reconsideration of eating behaviour to the queries surrounding energy divide, the dialogue seeks answers for a better and stronger planet.

Mukund Padmanabhan
Visiting Professor of Practice, Krea University
Former Editor, The Hindu

Mukund Padmanabhan was the Editor of The Hindu between March 2016 and the end of February 2019. Earlier, he was the Editor of The Hindu Business Line. Mukund is an MPhil in Philosophy and worked briefly as a lecturer in University of Delhi before switching to journalism. He is interested in and has written about politics, legal affairs, and literature. He has also worked with Sunday Magazine in Kolkata and the Indian Express in Chennai. He was an adjunct faculty of the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, where he taught credits on media law and advanced writing to post-graduate students. He curated two festivals of theatre and music — The Hindu Theatre Fest, and The Hindu November Fest and an annual thought conclave -The Huddle, on behalf of the newspaper.

Kala Anand
Director- Partnerships, Krea University

Kala comes with significant education industry experience, working in strategic roles at major international private education companies and government organizations. Through her 15 year senior professional tenure, she has provided advisory services to international Universities and Government agencies enabling them to expand their global footprint, customise communication to international markets and forge sustainable partnerships. She has developed collaboration and linkages for academic institutions, with corporate organisations, government bodies, school networks and research organisations across South Asia, South East Asia and Middle East regions. Kala has held positions as the Education lead for the South Asia region at Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), Senior Global Practice Adviser at Austrade Sydney, Director of Konnect in Singapore, among others. Kala holds a PGDBA (MBA) from SPJIMR India and a professional diploma in Digital Marketing from DMI Ireland.
