Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- To support in end-to-end administration of exams (mid-term, end-term, quizzes both online
- and offline) for SIAS and IFMR GSB.
- Ensure necessary items to conduct examination i.e. answer sheets, question papers, thread and other stationary items.
- Seating Arrangement: – Making proper seating arrangement for students for different examinations.
- Manage and ensure the safety of all exam answer scripts is secure
- Taking photocopies of exam [quiz, mid-term and end-term] question papers
- Support Exams operations, Logistics and exam delivery by supporting pre and post exams delivery.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS-Office, database/Excel, and e-mail
- Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (staff, faculty, students)
- Commitment to handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work with a team
- Empathy, listening, problem-solving mindset.
