Title: IT Infra Support Engineer (Infra L1 Support)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot various technical problems, ranging from network connectivity issues to system malfunctions.
- Set up and configure desktop hardware, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and meets organizational standards.
- Assist in the installation and updates of computer software and operating systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Offer specialized technical support for classrooms, including the maintenance and operation of AV systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in detail for reporting purposes and future reference.
