Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Recruitment (Below–Manager Level)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for below–Manager level positions across departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases on a timely basis.
- Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Benefits Administration – Insurance
- Manage employee insurance benefits administration, including enrollments, additions, deletions, and updates.
- Coordinate with insurance vendors/brokers for policy-related matters, endorsements, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate insurance MIS, employee coverage data, and related documentation.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to insurance benefits and coverage.
HR Operations & Records
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, including personnel files, communications, and employment-related documentation.
- Support the accuracy and upkeep of employee data in HR systems.
- Maintain MIS trackers related to recruitment, insurance, and other HR activities.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of employee records in Zoho HRMS.
- Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced MS Excel
- HRIS Management – Eg. Zoho People.
- Data Management and accuracy.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
