Dr Chirag Dhara, Associate Professor, Environmental Studies, SIAS delivered a talk on 18 July 2026 at the ‘2nd International conference on climate leadership’ in Harbin, China. The conference was jointly organised by University College London and the Harbin Institute of Technology.
Dr Dhara’s talk was titled ‘Governing for Decent Living within Planetary Limits’ in which he discussed the scalable lessons on global sustainability governance from Cuba, Costa Rica, and Ecuador.
