Brief

In this study, the authors explore how a learning organisational culture promotes employees’ innovative behavior in the banking sector. Drawing on social cognitive theory and data collected from 433 bank employees, their findings reveal that learning organisational culture significantly promotes innovative behavior, with employee well-being serving as a key mechanism underlying this relationship. Furthermore, transformational leadership strengthens the positive relationship between employee well-being and innovative behavior. These findings highlight the importance of cultivating learning-oriented workplaces, promoting employee well-being, and developing transformational leaders to create an environment that supports innovation and organizational competitiveness.
