Gogireddy Naga Malleswara Reddy, IFMR GSB PhD Scholar, was selected to participate in the Course on Research Methods on Gender, Poverty and Informal Economy, organised by the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI), Noida, from 26-30 October 2026. The programme was funded by the institute.
The five-day workshop focused on understanding the relationship between gender, poverty, and the informal economy. It also covered theoretical perspectives, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and data analysis and interpretation. The programme provided an opportunity to learn about different research approaches and understand how they can be applied to the study of social and economic issues.
