Pratibha Jain, IFMR GSB PhD Scholar, participated in the 17th International Conference of the International Society for Third Sector Research (ISTR 2026), held at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal.
As part of the conference, she was selected to participate in the 9th International PhD Seminar, a prestigious pre-conference doctoral programme that brought together 50 PhD scholars from 50 countries, representing India in the international cohort. The seminar provided an opportunity to present her research, receive constructive feedback from distinguished faculty members, and engage with fellow doctoral researchers from around the world.
Pratibha also participated in the pre-conference events, where she presented her thesis idea as part of the Three-Minute Thesis Presentation. She further presented her research at the main conference, receiving valuable feedback from the international academic community. The research presented at the conference was conducted under the guidance of Professor Pallavi Pandey, Assistant Professor, HR & OB, IFMR GSB.
