An article co-authored by Dr Chirag Dhara, Associate Professor, Environmental Studies, SIAS with colleagues from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and the Heidelberg Institute of Geoinformation Technology, Germany, has been published in Down to Earth. The opinion piece titled Can climate rankings tell us which country is a good performer? speaks on the recently released Environmental Performance Index (EPI) that placed India near last on its rankings.
