Venkataraman R
Venkataraman R is a fourth-year student majoring in Politics and Psychology at Krea University, with academic interests spanning international relations, comparative politics, clinical psychology, and social psychology. His coursework also explores the intersection of politics and psychology, shaping his interest in understanding how individual and collective behaviours influence governance, policy, and society.
He has interned at Pacta as a Research Intern, working at the intersection of disability rights, access to AI and technology, and legal services for persons with disabilities, and contributed to a report on Data Insights on Decisions of India’s Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. He is currently interning at the Accessibility Research Centre, IIT Madras, where he has contributed to designing and facilitating teacher workshops focused on making schools and classrooms more inclusive and accessible for diverse learners.
Venkat’s areas of interest include social intervention, public policy, disability studies, developmental studies, international relations, and clinical intervention, and he is keen to explore opportunities that combine these disciplines to create meaningful social impact.R
