Aakriti Manikandan
Aakriti Manikandan is a final-year undergraduate student at Krea University pursuing a double major in Politics and Economics with a concentration in History. She has strong analytical, research, and writing skills and is adaptable, diligent, and communicative. Her recent internship at Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions provided hands-on HR experience, where she worked with the CHRO on internal governance frameworks, policy drafting, and employee training.
Previously, she interned with ASEAN Business Partners, conducting sectoral research and contributing to content and pitch decks on Southeast Asian markets, and with Ummeed Child Development Centre, gaining experience in donor management and CSR strategies.
On campus, Aakriti has served as Senior Editor at HerCampus Krea and as Lead for the Orientation Team, enhancing her leadership and organizational skills. Her coursework and experiences have shaped her interest in consulting, policy, and HR roles that combine analytical thinking with social impact.

• Wrote articles for the company’s knowledge centre, edited and updated old articles that had been written previously, and did comprehensive research on various market entry strategies, companies and sectors of work relating to the Southeast Asian economy, specifically on the hospital management sector

HR Internship

• Worked alongside the company's HR team, specifically under the mentorship of the CHRO
• Aided in the formulation of the disciplinary policy for the company and drafted training documents for employee engagement
• Researched and created a training document on task creation within the company in order to help create a more efficient environment for assigning tasks
• Created the YTD and MTD attrition report for the company. Created a resource guide for various types of meetings, as well as drafted a charter on internal governance and communication within the company

Worked as a Lead for the orientation team for the incoming. The work involved coordinating with different teams the university, arranging workshops and seminars, and coming up with creative and fun activities for the students to participate in.
